Tax Credit Details & Specifics

Senate has agreed to extend the First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit until mid-year 2010. They have also agreed to expand the Tax Credit offer a new $6,500 credit for existing homeowners who have lived in their current residence for a consecutive five-year period in the past eight years.
